How do I know you have received my order? You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as you have correctly placed your order. You will receive another email directly from Paypal confirming payment received. We will notify you again via email once your order has been dispatched, giving you the tracking number.

How long does delivery of goods take? We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within 5 working days of receipt of order within France Metropolitan. For further shipping information and charges see Shipping Charges.

Do you gift wrap? We offer gift wrapping with coloured tissue paper, a raffia tie sealed with a logo sticker and the handwritten name of the sender. We have chosen this simple yet attractive gift wrap method to reduce packaging waste. There is no extra charge for this service, simply tick the gift wrap option that appears during the order process.

Do you deliver abroad? Currently we only offer delivery to European Union member states. Please see Shipping Charges for more detailed information on charges.

When is a sold out product restocked? We endeavour to hold sufficient stock of all our lines to fulfil our expected medium-term order book. We do not overstock to ensure the freshness and high quality of our products. In general terms we aim to make new stock available for sale between 14-21 days. However, some of our organic specialist blends and more unusual organic spices may take longer to produce and restock depending on world availability. In such cases we will try to keep you informed as to the stock position.

How can I be sure your products are really organic certified? Our Organic products are certified by Quality France, a registered and approved agent for the French Ministry of Agriculture. You can consult all our Organic certificates by clicking here

What do I do if the products are damaged or open upon arrival? Please contact us immediately either by email or telephone and we will endeavour to send you a replacement as quickly as possible with no cost to yourself. Your custom is important to us.

What if I change my mind after I receive the products? We want you to be delighted every time you buy from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our "no questions" guarantee if you can return the products in their *original condition with the invoice within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will then - and only then - issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
