These general terms of sale are applicable at the moment the order is placed. These can be modified without notice and will be applicable to all new order. Products

The offers on the site are neither final, nor permanent and are valid during their presence on the website. These offers are valid in Metropolitan France and in certain countries of the Europe zone. For all other destinations, contact us. The offers are valid within the limit of stocks available and for certain products during specific time such as seasonal (for example produced of Christmas). The order

If the customer wishes to place an order, he/she will need to identify self. The customer will have to fill, according to the instructions provided, a form completed with the necessary informations of his/her identification, in particular, name, first name, phone number, postal address and email and invoice and delivery addresses. Correctly completed information is required to guarentee the quality and the safety of the delivery. All information is presented to the customer in the French language. In the event of error in the wording of customer details Cardamome&COMPAGNIE cannot not be held responsible for incorrect delivery. The expenses are dependent on the reordering of the parcel to another recipient or to a new delivery address, and will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer having chosen the products presented, validates his/her order by clicking on the button " Complete the Order " thereby confirming acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale. Hereafter, the order will be recorded, and an order number will be communicated to the customer email. Data recorded by the Cardamome&COMPAGNIE constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

Price and payment

The prices of the articles sold on the www.cardamomeetcompagnie.com site are expressed all inclusive of tax (including all taxes), in euros, except cost of carriage. They are revisable constantly and without notice.

The orders are payable, only in euros. We chose system PAYPAL for the protected payment. After having validated the order, the customer seizes his banking card number and his validity date on the waiter of protected payment PAYPAL. Delivery

As soon as the payment is validated, we send email of confirmation to you. The order is then dealt with as soon as possible. The delivery is then ensured in the 48 hours by the service Colissimo Suivi of the Post office for the Metropolitan France and within 3 to 8 days for the other European countries. Your e-mail confirmation will contain the reference number of your order and delivery details. The times indicated are those usually noted and are given as an indication and cannot be regarded as contractual. The goings beyond of delivery periods independent of our will cannot give place to damages. Right of Retractation/Cancellation

In accordance with the law in force, the customer may cancel/retract their order within a of 7 days period and return goods in good state and in its original packaging (unopened, not deteriorated, not torn).
