Le Kit Korma

Our Kit Korma is a creamy and silky Persian-Indian curry for chicken or lamb cooked with ground almonds and aromatic spices.

  • Ingredients

    1 Indian Korma Kit, organic
    1 onion grated
    1 kg of skinless chicken in pieces
    2 cartons yogurt
    1 Tbsp of cooking oil
    20 cl of water

    Preparation

    • Toast the content of <b>pouch 1</b> in 2 tbsps of vegetable or sunflower oil for 10 sec over a medium high heat
    • Add the onion and fry until brown
    •Reconstitute the content of <b>pouch 2</b> in 3 tbsp water and stir in 3-4 min
    • Add the pieces of skinned chicken (with the bones it's better) and fry until brown
    • Add 20cl of water, bring to a simmer and cover for 30 min on low heat.
    • Add the content of <b>pouch 3</b> and the yogurts, bring to heat
    • Dress and sprinkle the content of pouch 4 on top
    •Serve with a good basmati rice
