Spiced burgers with dried apricots

  • Ingredients

    2 tsp Turkish Baharat, organic
    500g minced beef
    6-8 dried apricots finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Thoroughly blend the baharat, garlic, apricots and salt into the mince. Divide into 4 burger patties and refrigerate for at least half an hour or more.

    Heat your pan or barbecue and cook to your preferred tenderness. Serve in a toasted split pitta bread or burger bun with classic burger relishes or with a yogurt mint dressing
