Zatar and Feta Pizza
Zatar pizza is a popular Lebanese snack but our version includes feta cheese, not authentic but nonetheless a delicious snack or starter.

Roll the pizza dough thinner if possible. Transfer the dough to a thick baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and zatar. Add enough olive oil until you get a spreadable mixture. Generously brush the rolled out pizza dough with the zatar mixture. Dot the pizza with crumbled feta. Bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven set at 250°C or as high as your oven can go. Slice and serve.
