    Ingredients

    3 Star Anise, organic
    55g sugar
    100ml water

    1 tbsp star anis syrup
    125ml dark rum
    250ml orange juice
    250ml pineapple juice
    1-2 tbsp lime juice
    Splash of grenadine
    Ice

    Preparation

    To make the star anise syrup: Put the the water, sugar and star anise into a small saucepan and allow to simmer for 5 mins

    Pour all the into ingredients into a tall jug. Stir, add the grenadine and pour over ice into tall glasses
