Early Spring flavours with added sunshine.
March is a strange month that holds the promise of Spring but still flirts with the chill of winter. The season’s offerings at first glance are not the most exciting. Apples, oranges, and roots in the form of celeriac, parsnips and Jerusalem artichoke may not easily inspire culinary flair but as ever we at C&Co have some suggestions that illustrate their true worth.
Early Spring Recipes
If still crave the sun (even after our orange jelly), sun kissed dried fruit may just be what you need. Whether in savoury or sweet dishes, dried fruit will add a burst of flavour to your culinary efforts. We can’t promise you a sun-tan but perhaps a sunnier disposition after a satisfying sun-kissed supper.
