Easter Lamb and Sweet Treats

We have a badly kept secret here at Cardamome&Compagnie. We just adore lamb! Easter therefore, is the perfect time for us to extol the virtues of this glorious meat with a plethora of lamb recipes. And we have really gone to town! With just a sample here but even more on our website, there are enough lamb recipes to make any carnivore blush with delight.

    Piri Piri to perk up the Pious Palate

    If you are feeling the effects of chocolate over indulgence and lamb overload, we have some a suggestion to restore some of your virtue.

    Try our Piri Piri Portugese Blend, a wonderful herb and spice mix with a touch of lemon peel that will enliven steamed or lightly sauté vegetables with just a gentle sprinkle. Your vegetables will take on a fresh complexion and so will your skin when “you eat your greens”.
