For all of you planning a ski trip in the coming weeks, the pleasures of the slopes leaves little energy for cooking a slap up meal. But a vacation is incomplete without a treat for the taste buds. Eating out everyday is budget busting, chalet kitchens offer limited tools for fine dining, and resorts grocery shops offer limited choices.

Therefore we propose our Kits and Blends to make meals a breeze. Just drop a few pouches into your luggage, and you can throw together delicious meals with ease and without the aid of a full pantry. Basic ingredients transformed into a real treat.

Our Karahi and Korma Kits are ideal for speed and ease. Cooking by numbers, and couldn't be simpler: Tear, pour and stir. All you have to do is provide basic fresh ingredients available at any ski resort.

Our Tandoori , Zatar, Baharat or Fajita blends can be sprinkles on chicken, meat, and all manner of vegetables, stir fried,  roasted, or grilled.

Use a few teaspoons of our Colombo or La Kama blend to make a curry or tajine, no spice juggling skills necessary. Served with rice or couscous, these delicious stews make a hearty meal for the hungry skier.
