For all small orders within France Metropolitan (depending on size and weight) we use LettreMax, as this is a low waste, safe and reliable method of delivery. You will be able to track your package through the post office website.
Larger orders will be shipped in recycled cardboard boxes by Colissimo France. You can track your package through the post office website.

France métropolitaine:: we will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within 5 working days of receipt of order.
Please note that from the end of November to December 24th orders may take 7-10 working days to arrive at your door. The last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery , for France métropolitaine, is 15 decembrer (or nearest Friday, if 15 December falls on a weekend).
For European Union countries: we endeavour to deliver within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Parcels are sent by ordinary post, and therefore we cannot offer tracking for these parcels.
Please note that delivery costs in “your basket” are by default France Metropolitaine. However once you enter the delivery address we then automatically recalulate the postal charge before order confirmation.
From the end of November to December 24th orders may take 15 days to arrive to your door. The last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery for EU countries is 12 December (or nearest Friday if 12 December falls on a weekend).
