Ground Cinnamon, organic
A warm, sweet flavour that adds depth to dishes.
In ground form cinnamon is sweet, warm flavour with a heady aroma of citrus and clove. In the Middle East, it is often used in savoury dishes of chicken and lamb. In North America, it is more commonly used with sugar to flavour cereals, breads, cakes and fruit desserts especially apple. In Persian cuisine, cinnamon is used in a variety of thick soups, drinks, and sweets.
