Mexican Fajita Seasoning, organic

This blend is derived from the SouthWestern border cuisine of Texas and the Mexican Frontier. A classic dish of spice marinated meat or poultry wrapped in a flour or corn tortillas with guacamole (avocado dip) tomatoes, sour cream and cheese. A quick and deliciously simple meal.

Our blend can be used for the classic marinade but also works extremely well as the spice base of Chilli Con Carne and is an equally good all-purpose seasoning for poultry, steaks, burgers, vegetables.

Blend contains: Cumin, garlic, onion, crushed pepper flakes, chilli powder, oregano, paprika, sea salt, sugar, vegetable bouillon, and tomato.
