Ground Coriander, organic
Intense flavour and aroma with a warm, sweet flavour with hints of orange peel and pepper. A versatile spice rack essential. Used worldwide, it is prominent in Mexican cuisine, and is a characteristic ingredient of Middle Eastern cookery, commonly used with lamb, goat and meat stuffing. Throughout India it is used with vegetables, pulses fish and meat.
