Indian Karahi Kit, organic
This is a very popular dish of North Indian origin. Normally made with “Keema” minced lamb, but excellent with beef mince too, this Karahi is a quick cook dish. A medium spiced dish that is best eaten with rice or flat breads, accompanied by a cucumber and yogurt salad.
A wonderful meatless alternative can also be made with aubergine, green beans, cauliflower and/or pumpkin and potato.
This kit contains: 2 sets of step by step measured spice sachets (numbered 1 to 3); enough for 2 meals for 4 people, or 1 meal for 8 people; a recipe instruction card; and a shopping list of the fresh ingredients. Designed to give you maximise results with minimum effort.
