Morrocan La Kama, organic
La Kama is a Moroccan spice blend that originates from Tangier. Beautifully aromatic with a mellow peppery flavour. Perfect for use in tagines and soups. This mild blend also works very well with roots vegetables and squashes such as carrots, parsnips and pumpkins.
Sprinkle vegetable chunks with La Kama, and generous drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in a hot oven 220°C for 30mins.
Blends contains: Cinnamon, black pepper, ginger, turmeric and nutmeg.
