Sweet, warm pepper flavour without chilli heat. This vivid red powder is closely linked to Hungarian cuisine especially dishes such as Goulash and Paprikash. It is also very popular in Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish cuisine. Utilized in soups, stews, casserole and vegetable dishes. Indian tandoori dishes often use paprika for its beautiful naturally vivid red colour.
