Portuguese Piri-Piri

Piri Piri is very much regarded as a Portuguese blend although its origins are African (from Mozambique). Used for marinating and flavouring meat and fish, it is the taste of summer time all year round. Our blend is subtly spicy and in chilli terms far removed from the original heat of most Piri Piri blends. We bring you the beautiful herb rich flavour and aroma without excessive heat. You can always add more chilli if your palate prefers.

It is an excellent instant marinade for meat and fish. Try blending our Piri Piri with olive oil and lemon juice


Blend contains: coriander seeds, garlic, onion, black pepper, chilli flakes, paprika, parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, bay leaf, lemon peel, and sea salt.
