Smoked Paprika

An intoxicating smoky aroma from the slow oak smoking, with a silky texture. Medium hot. Adds a deep smoky warmth to dishes. Smoked paprika is popular in Mediterranean cooking but also frequently appears in fusion and ‘new food’ dishes. Wonderful in marinades and spice rubs.

Try adding a pinch of smoked paprika to a vinaigrette dressing.
