Indian Tandoori masala, organic

Tandoori masala is a classic North Indian spice blend used as a marinade for poultry, meat and fish. This spice rich blend does not possess fiery heat but rather imparts a depth of enhancing flavours and aroma which elevate the principle ingredient rather than masks it.

This blend is essential if you wish to re-create restaurant classics such as Tandoori Chicken or Tikka Masala. A much loved curry of spice marinated chicken or meat in a creamy spiced tomato sauce.

Our tandoori blend contains no food colouring and therefore you will not achieve the vibrant reds and oranges of restaurant versions. Rest assured that the complexity and flavours of this tandoori blend will not disappoint.
