Easter eggs, the savoury kind. Incredibly easy, classic and lovely.

¼ tsp Cayenne Chilli powder, organic
½ tsp Sweet Paprika, organic
2 boiled eggs
2 tbsp crème fraîche
1 teaspoon chives
salt

Peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half and gently remove the yolks.
Mix the yolks with spices, salt, cream and chives.
With a teaspoon, fill the egg with the mixture.
Serve with green salad.
