Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken

This is a classic of Indian cuisine that graces many a restaurant menu, but only few produce great results. Tandoori chicken should be deeply aromatic and deeply spiced but not spicy hot. Using our Tandoori Blend produces excellent results in a conventional oven or on the barbeque.

Please note that we add no food colouring therefore the end result will not be a vibrant red more a subtle orange naturally derived from the blend of spices.
