Sweet Savoury Spiced Nuts

1-2 tsps Turkish Baharat
500g unsalted mixed nuts: peeled peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and whole unpeeled almonds
2 tsp dark brown sugar, preferably muscovado
2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted


Preheat the oven to 160°C
Toss the nuts in a large bowl with the melted butter, spice blend and salt and sugar and spread them out on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven until light golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Be sure to keep an eye on the nuts as you do not want to sugar to catch and burn.
